Delegating the request - EAM 10.1

Hello All,

We are implementing the GRC AC 10. 1

Security Adminitrator has to delegate the request (waiting for approval) to another person in grc access control 10.1

Example

Manager (who need to approve) in suden leave, but he is not in a position to delegate the requests.

Then security administrator has to delegate the request on behalf of manager to another person for approval (EAM Module)

Madhu is correct.  Admin delegation is what you are looking for.

Hi Karunakar,

Using Admin Delegation option will allow access to entire work Inbox of the Approver A who is on leave to Approver B who is delegated approver.

NWBC -> Access Management -> Access Request Adminstration -> Admin Delegation

If you really want only few requests to be approved by Delegated Approver Security admin can forward the request to new approver when main approver is on leave.

Hi Karunakar,

From Security Admin, it can be done by following below step:

Goto NWBC-->Access Management-->Search Request

Enter filter criteria like request number or Approver name to get to request Details.

Click on Administration button while request number is already selected.

In Request details you see other option button, on clicking you get option like forward, return etc...

PS: This forward option is available only if it is configure in Task setting of stage in MSMP
