C4C App at Iphone - SSO

Greetings people, how you've been ?

We are trying to use the C4C mobile app by an Iphone (IOS8). Does anybody knows if is possible to use Iphone with SSO (Single Sign On).

How can I activate this ?

Android 4.2 and Ipad works very well !

SSO working on IPHONE.

There are a few problems that looks like a browser problem, but when you press CANCEL and Login again, the app works.

Hi Mauricio,

Which version of the app are you using? SSO is available on the iPhone app from 1502 and the process should be similar to the iPad app.

Hello Ankan.

Actually by an IPAD it's working. The attached file Ipad_Settings.jpg shows the config of an Ipad that it's ok. But the file Iphone_Settings.jpg represents my config on Iphone.

As you can see, only in Ipad We have the option ENABLE SSO ! We are trying to use an address that calls our SSO URL, but it doesn't works !

The question is, why on Iphone we don't hve the option ENABLE SSO ?
