i want to know what table corresponding kna1 in TM.

KNA1 is the customer table in ECC. However A customer can be created both as a location and as a Business partner.

For locations

/SAPAPO/LOC

/SAPAPO/LOCADR

/SAPAPO/LOCMAP

If this is not enough do a search on /SAPAPO/LOC* in se16 transaction

For BPs

BUT000 has General data

BUT001

BUT100 etc also have other data

If this is not enough do a search on BUT* in se16 transaction
