PI System not displayed in EWA summary

Hi all,

we face the problem that one of our customers systems is missing from the EWA summary but the report is generated and sent every week to the customer.

Our solution manager is 7.1 with SP12,

ST-A/PI    01R_700    0001

ST-SER    701_2010_1    0025

ST-PI    2008_1_700    0011

SAP_BASIS    702    0015

Any ideas where to look for the error or problem ?

Hi Tamás,

Seems like the second screenshot is from the EWA for Solutions. In that case, you can check if the EWA for BI1 is added to the EWA for Solutions of its solution in transaction SOLMAN_EWA_ADMIN.

In the line for BI1, there is a checkbox for that.

Hi Daniel,

thanks for the idea... unfortunately i could not launch solman_ewa_admin because of an error but in sm_workcenter at System Monitoring -> Setup -> Configuration for a single solution I found that the BI1 System wasn't selected.

I hope next week the system will appear in the solution summary.
