Component missing from NOTIF_CREATE

Hi Folks,

This is a strange case happening into our SolMan3.2 production system. Where I'm creating a service message via Tcode NOTIF_CREATE, and i notice some of the components(F4 dropdown from field Component) is grey mode(not allow for selection).

The component greyed out are like BC, CRM, EC and etc. But it just happened today where the problem wasn't happen previously. And the problem wasn't happen in SolMan development system as well.

I'm running out of idea on how to check the problem, hence i may need to seek your advice on how to trace the root cause.

Hi,

Please try the following:

DSWP->Edit->Fetch SAP Components to refresh the component

I can not find any similar issue..

Hi all,

After went through the debug, noticed that in table DSWP_CSNCOMP, field SELECTABLE is blank for those components that i mentioned. May i know which TCode can be used to perform the setting to make the components selectaable?

Please comment.
