issue with MRKO settlement

Hello Team ,

We are dealing with Consignment Scenario. Currently in a single day , we have around 8000+ postings for single material and vendor.

so we run the MRKO transaction for every 1 hour and hence an single accounting doc is generated.

But some times there are around 1500 transactions being posted for 1 hour. so my MRKO fails in this case, since there can be only 999 entries in an accounting doc.

Is there any possibility to  consolidate all the postings in 1 hour time and later run the MRKO settlement

Hi,

Please consider the following possibilities as per your business flow:

1.  Change the selection criteria in MRKO with the target that fewer items are selected. e.g. restrict the plant or make the posting date range smaller.

2. Use FI summarization. See Note 117708.

3. Activate FI document split functionality. See Note 1818133, 1779136 and 1731546.
