I'm looking for the information of "All Stories" app

Hello,
I'm doing the setting which makes Lumira start from Fiori Launchpad.
In this blog(http://scn.sap.com/thread/3639062), "All Stories" application is necessary to start Lumira from Fiori Launchpad.
but I can't find the information of Odata Service and UI5 Application to set a "All Stories" application from SAP Lumira Server installation guide or Fiori help.

Where can I access these information?

Which versions of Lumira Server and HANA do you use?

have you performed steps in Chapter 6 of Lumira Server installation guide specifically under Section 6.5 "To assign catalog privileges to roles"?

Thanks for your reply.
We are running on:

　　HANA 　　1.0 SPS09 Rev 94
　　Lumira 　1.23

I have completed the Chapter 6.5 of installation guide.
Now, I am doing Chapter 6.6, and added SAP_LUMIRA_TCR Role to Test User.
But when I try to run the application from  the tile, an error will occur.
It is due to the fact that the subject of Odata service and UI5 application has not been activated.
Therefore I am looking for the information to activation of the service.

Hello Boris,

I found that WebDispatcher setting is not done.
SAP Lumira is well working.
