Hello,

Running that command will only reinstall the saprouter service.

It will not change anything else related to your saprouter installation.

Hello,

You can read the saprouter documentation at the SAP note 30289.

To reinstall the service, execute:

     ntscmgr install SAProuter -b ...\saprouter\saprouter.exe -p "service -r <parameter>"

  • The points stand for "<drive>:\usr\sap", which is the recommended path to install the saprouter
  • <parameter> can be replaced by other parameters with which saprouter is to be started

Isaías

Hello,

It would seem that your saprouter service definition is not pointing to the correct saprouter file.

You can double click at the saprotuer service, and verify where your saprouter was supposed to be at the "path to executable" field.

Confirm that all saprouter files are there.

You can also verify the command line being executed. Maybe the saprouter files are there, but the command line is pointing to files that do not exist (like wrong path to the saprouttab file).

If you need further assistance, post screenshots showing:

- complete "path to executable" field of the saprouter service;

- contents of the folder where the saprouter should be, based on the "path to executable" field.

Regards,

Isaías
