Yes, you can. To represent data in the stacked format you would need to change the Series Chart Type to Stacked Column.
You can add labels to each stack or you can display only the total as shown below by changing the series chart type for the total to line and make it transparent.
The changes required in the chart feeder depend on the other settings - for example if you keep the drop down buttons for KF selection or dimensions.
Challenges: stacks sorting (so that smaller values are plotted on larger values), number of stacks for each columns (they might look crowded if you would need to see KF value at product family level and you would have 20 PFs)
