Is there any material block configuration between sales order and stock transfer order ?

Hi SAP Gurus,

I have a situation where we have 20 pcs in stock and we are making sales order of say 20 pcs and we do not save immediately and during this time another sales order by another user of say 10 pcs and that user do not save the order and then both run the ATP check at the same time before saving the orders where it confirms the qty for both the orders 20 and 10 pcs while the stock is only 20 pcs. This we can control in configuration by doing settings in "Define Material Block For Other Users" where we have control over Order/Delivery note/Reservation of material. And that is between two sales orders processing which is Ok and controlled.

But is there any settings for STM against Sales order where one user is making STM for an item and another user making a sales order for the same item and we can set the same blocking for material ? Pls Help in this regard.
