Hi All,

SP for CTS add-on in CRM qa 7.02 stuck. Please help as soon as possible. Aborted and tried to run in CI instance still stuck.

Hi Kavitha,

Please refer to the KBAs specified below which can assist you in resolving the issue.

2074984 - RDDIMPDP job cannot be started due to duplicated services

1702079 - Background jobs cannot be started, exit code 7 in SLOG during Support Package/transport                  import

1913676 - Troubleshooting guide for Support Package / Add-Ons Installations errors during the main import 'IMPORT_PROPER' phase in SPAM or SAINT

I have fixed on the same day, however forgot to close the thread. Yes, it was entries in services file that caused issue. Thanks for the help.
