ID Cache notificaions

Hi,

The Changes in ID are not updated..when i see the cache notifications it is showing that Cache instance is Integation server (ABAP Cache),Cache updated is not yet started and Perform notification failed.

on the problems tab it is shown that,

Unable to notify integration runtime (ABAP) of data changes

Unable to establish http connection "http://SSGDV01:8001/sap/xi/cache?sap-client=001"

I am using client 300 while it is showing client=001. Why it is so?

Plz suggest the solution because i think due to this my ID changes are not taking effect(if i am not wrong).

Thanks in advance,

Vishal Gupta

Hi,

see below links

https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/1a69ea11-0d01-0010-fa80-b47a7930...

After you have made the adjustments, update the cache by calling the following URL:

http://<J2EE-Host>:<HTTP-Port> /rwb/rtc?op=init

Hi Chilla,

Thanks for quick response.

But what about the client number..my client is 300 while in cache test it is showing client=001?

See this path..

Unable to establish http connection "http://SSGDV01:8001/sap/xi/cache?sap-client=001"

From where it is getting this info and how can i change client to 300?

Hi,

Please try the below.

First check the HTTP port in SMICM - goto (menu option)-- click on services

check the http port is existed or not.

Next -- Use the transaction SICF

goto -- down --xi --expand double click on cache -

check the client . if it is not correct client then change it accordingly

I hope it will be solved

Regards
