NWBC HTML Advantages as Wrapper for Web Dynpro App

Hi,

I'm an NWBC HTML newbie.  Just wondering if there are any advantages to running Web Dynpro apps by themselves or embedded in NWBC HTML?  For example, we are not running SAP Portal and are looking at implementing ESS/MSS for Web Dynpro.  We use SAP GUI, not NWBC client.

Hi Kenneth,

when running in NWBC HTML, the OBN targets behind action buttons to jump to other transactions work far better than when calling the web dynpro directly.

Especially, when using POWL or printing e.g. timesheets.

No need for SAP portal to use NWBC HTML.

NWBC HTML can be a good altenative for casual users who need 1 or 2 transactions and don't use SAP GUI yet.
