Can't access JAM from SF
Hi experts, hope you are doing great
I'm writing this post here hoping you guys can help me again, I don't know if I should leave it here or on a SuccessFactors forum.
I'm having trouble adding users to JAM, I uploaded yesterday the cvs file to add a new person and today was able to access SucessFactors but when trying to enter JAM this error shows up.
"User cannot be found or created. Please contact your company administrator."
This is happening on my TEST instance to my new users and happened on my PROD instance to all the user, even admin
Hope you can help me.
