need help help on sap help

Hi,

In sapgui, a blank help screen pops up when we press F1 (see first picture below). I have configured the help settings in the IMG (see second picture below) but it seems it could not display the help documents.

what do you think is wrong? please help,

Hi Bas,

Go to option Help in the menu. There you can see the settings. In that make sure you have selected the modal dialog box option.

Help>Settings>Fl help (Tab) --> Check Modal dialog option.

Thanks Vinodh for your reply. It solved my problem. I have 1 more question. hope its okay.

The question is, how can I apply this change to all our 300 users without going to each of their PC?

Hi Bas,

I am not sure whether it can be set at parameter level. Just discuss with your ABAPers on the possibility of making this as a centralised settings.
