Extension fields added to mobile screen through Cloud app studio are visible in "view" mode but not in "edit" mode

Hi All,

We have a custom solution in which we have extended the standard accounts BO. The extension fields have been added to the mobile screens using the "Add Extension Fields" option under extensibility explorer. The fields are visible in the "view" mode of SAP C4C app on iPhone/Android but when we go to "edit" mode, the fields disappear. The extension fields exist in the BO extension object.

Also, if we try to bind the visibility property of these extension fields to a standard indicator field, it doesn't work. All these things work good on desktop and iPad but not on smartphones.

Are there some extra steps to be performed to get the things working for smartphones ?

Hi Shruti,

please create an Incident for this. Fields should not appear/disappear when switching between display and edit mode.
