Why in maintenance cycle unlock the Project Group?

what will happen it is in lock,for running the ChaRM .

Hi Saran,

You will unlock the transport groups in the maintenance cycle as if you will unlock it only then transports will be open for the current project and you can associate or integrate transport movement with your charm project.

You will not be able to move your transports and execute the transport related tasks from CHARM.
