Incidents are incorrectly sent to SAP

Hi SAP Experts,

The send to SAP functionality was working fine prior to update to 7.1 SP12.

Now, the messages are sending to SAP randomly. Calling hours are correctly maintained as well as the AISUSER table.

Is there an additional note to apply in sp12?

Hi,

Please can you check the start and schedule condition for action

*STD_SEND_SAP

It should not be scheduled automatically.

Apart from that please check below notes
