Offline capabality options in CRM ?

Hello SCN,

I was looking for the offline capability options available in CRM . Initial browsing I found the below options:

1. Adobe interactive Forms

2. SAP Sales Manager

Our requirement in a nutshell is for the field officers to be able to record information on activity/service transactions and when the connectivity is available, sync with the server.

Yes you can use an offline interactive forms to update data in backend. Refer to following document

Thanks Sandy. I did have a look at that demo.

Was wondering if Adobe supports dynamic generation of fields - as we have quite a few Custom fields of which few are dynamic .(displayed only on select of certain options) .

Would have preferred an offline feature, so the user would be exposed to one UI .

Hello Sheetal,

Yes, Offline Adobe forms do support dynamic fields. You can hide or  disable fields with  scripts - Formcalc and Javacript based on user selection.
