Change number ! does not exist

Dear Experts

We are sending some Document Data for a material which contains 4 documents.

Three of them are correctly populated one does have all the information except the

description. When I try display the drawing with CV03N the error "Change number ! does not exist".

Does anyone of you have previous experience on this issue? Thanks a lot in advance.

Hello Rumy,

Any chance this data is migrated data from older system to present system ? I seen somethign like this when the Old DIR data and Material Data were migrated but not the change info.

Hi Rummy Nohideen,

Its seems to be the DIR assigned to change document number which is not valid one or else may change document expired .  Please check in cv02N for change document number properly assigned or not.
