Product Category Error in SRM

Hello Gurus,

I tried to replicate Material Group from ECC to SRM using R3AS tcode.

When I checked the status in R3AM1 it was showing running status but by mistake I clicked on cancel button and the status is "abort"

Even after setting filter in Product category I tried to load but the system is throwing same error message as "abort"

Please help me how to do fresh load.

CHeck these links :

1. Yes it is ok to delete the one in abort status .. if it is allowing you to ..

2. Ensure all settings are in place .

3. You can download a single product category using R3AC1 Tcode

Adapter object =DNL_CUST_PROD1

Table name =T023

Field name = MATKL

LOW = ZMG1

Option = Equality (=low)

High = empty

Hi Vinita,

I am able to create product category in SRM and added to Org structure. But now when I tried to create shopping cart I got the error "No Data found" see below error message. Please help to solve this.

Hi Vishvas

1. First check if for 1 user or multiple..

2. If one user check all attributes by pposa_bbp ..at org level or user level

mainly related to pur category . currency , Company code ,plant ,

Document type in R/3 etc . BUK, CNT, PRI, BSA, CUR, BWA, SYS, ACS

3.  run HRALXSYNC to check if all green for the user

4. Check all roles assigned correctly ..

If nothing works check this note

Hi Vinita,

Its single user, now the problem is I am not able to link relationship between BP 255 (person) and BP 254 (Purch org) see below screenshot. even i have maintained email address for BP 255 still it showing email id missing. Please help me on this.

Hi Vishvas,

Please go to the transaction "BP" and go to "Relationship" tab and update the email address for BP# 255.

Kindly do this and revert if you need any more help.

Hi Vishvas

I assume that you have correctly maintained the relationship of BP and org unit in PPOSA_BBP ?

You can see that they are linked in the org structure .

Follow these and see if it helps ?

1. Now try to click on repair

2. Fill the email ID here ..

3. Click on relationship and then display there also edit the Email Address ..

Hi Vinita,

Thanks!! now I have updated and checked, system showing green but when I click on shipping cart in portal its showing "no data found" when I checked in my org structure I found these are in red.

I have already maintained these in Purch org and BP255 is linked to Purch org.

I guess without this I cant create shopping cart.

Hi,

once you login to the portal, check if all the information is correctly populated under "personalization--> SRM user settings".

Hi,

Check if SMQ1 & SMQ2 queues in SRM and ECC are still running. Stop / delete / clean the queues (Only related to Product Cat. don't delete other queues) if they are running and resubmit the replication.

Are you setting up a new system or is this an existing system?

Hi Venkat

Check at below points there could be something stuck

1. Try to delete running objects in R3AM1 transaction.

2. Do the same in SMQ2 for concerned queues.

3. Check also R/3 queues with SMQ1.

4. Then, run again intial transfer for product categories.

5. Ckeck also in SLG1 for any application log errors.

6. R3AI_DNL_CU is the start queue for loads from ERP. So you can delete this entry from SMQ2 of your CRM and start initial load again. And then monitor its status in R3AM1.

7. SMWP T.code and open the node "Background Jobs" and check the status of "Middleware Reorganization" . If the status is Red (Not Running) then right click on on Middleware reorganization and select "Show suggested action" and in the pop up window select Action execution button .

If it still does not work check

OSS note 1147192 - RFC queues remain in the status RUNNING.

OSS note 872533 - FAQ: Middleware.

OSS Note no. 212666  (Outbound Queue already exists in CRM:R3AI_DNL_CU

This is new system and nothing is there in SRM I need to replicate from ECC

Thanks a lot I followed your steps and  deleted the ques from both the system. Now nothing is pending in the ques for product category but when I checked in tcode R3AM1 I can see DNL_CUST_PROD1 is in "abort' status. I am not able to remove this.

Is it ok if the status is "abort" and try loading with fresh load?

also, I want to know how to replicate only one Prod category from ECC. I want use it for shopping cart creation. could please provide me the steps.
