OCS_API_GET_STACK_INFO FAILED with code 3 Key Syntax_Error:Syntax Error in Programe SAPLOCS_XML

Hello Team

We have a system SAP Netweaver EHP7 trying to upgrade the stack.But we get failed in PrepareInputXML_ASK.Below are the log file details.

Freshly installed systems DEV QA nd PRD.

We had generated the XML for Dev  and we finished the upgrade for Dev.Once Dev is finished We started the upgrade  with same xml we had upgraded the system for QA.As we had changed the SID HOSTNAME and instance no in the xml.Successfully finished the upgrade in QA.

We struck with PRD upgrade as we unable to move this phase.Kindly let us know your inputs on this. Please find the attached screenshot for reference.

Not sure but ,

Can you verify whether you have made all the required changes in the  stack.xml file  . Is the instance number and SID changed correctly  .

A ) Error Message: RFC error system ZXD nr 90 function 'OCS_API_GET_STACK_INFO' failed with code 3

B) RFC error system DST nr xx function 'OCS_API_GET_STACK_INFO' failed with code 3 key SYNTAX_ERROR: Syntax error in program SAPLOCS_XML

Thanks for the reply.. SID is ZXD . Again i am defining the error clearly below.

RFC error system ZXD nr 90 function 'OCS_API_GET_STACK_INFO' failed with code 3 key SYNTAX_ERROR: Syntax error in program SAPLOCS_XML.

I had changed the SID hostname and instance no.But still we unable to move the the phase as  attached in screenshot earlier.

We are troubleshooting the issue will update you.If any inputs from  team will be helpfull.

In your first post i see the following error message ;

1EETQ399 Last error code set is: RFC error system DST nr xx function 'OCS_API_GET_STACK_INFO' failed with code 3 key SYNTAX_ERROR: Syntax error in program SAPLOCS_XML

What is this system DST ?

Also check the link suggested by Siddhesh , Post any Dumps in the system  ( check ST22 )
