java running but browser is blank

Hello all,

can you suggest me anything: Java is running, I can log on to Visual Admin and configtool, but in browser is empty, does not show anything. ( /nwa is blank) >> no error is browser

Few things you could try.

If you are accessing the Java page from your local machine then add the host name and IP to the hosts file

Turn on the compatibility mode on IE

Hi  Chris ,

Ping & telnet  from the system ( where you are running the browser ) to the java server . If these are failing contact your n/w team to add it to the hostfile/DNS .

If these are working fine , add the  links (http://<java-server:port/nwa) to your trusted stores in the browser .

Ping and telnet works. And URL added to trusted sites. But still nothing.

Are you facing issue with only nwa . Are you able to  get the startup page

http://<Java server>:5<ins>00/

What is the version of your netweaver ?

Also what browser /version are you using ?
