9AMALA Aggregates

Hi,

I am creating datasource from SNP Planning area by using 9AMALA Aggregates.

it's not Extracting all the data correctly from Planning area for a custom Keyfigure, which has a category type BF (Purchase Order )

Few of my records are missing.

suppose if i change it to 9AMALO, it's working fine.

But 'Source Location' is only available at 9AMALA Aggregates. I need this source location for my Bex Report.

So i have to use only 9AMALA Aggregate.

Please suggest what could be the issue.

Hi,

Does it extract part of the data (purchase order) or no data (purchase order) is extracted?
If it's the former, you can try to execute consistency check report /sapapo/ts_lcm_cons_check and correct any detected inconsistency.
If it's the latter, check if the key figure is assigned to aggregate 9AMALA.

Hi Ram,

Since you mentioned when you use 9AMALO it gives you result while with 9AMALA, it doesn't, could you check in planning area whether that Z-key figure is available under all aggregates. If not add the same and take consistency check. Let us know if this works.

Hello Ram,

You cannot determine the planning objects for the aggregates used for extraction, other than the standard ones, as defined in SNP. Refer also Note: 453644.

And KBA 2102792 - No data found during SNP Data Extraction
