Hi Experts,
While connecting with my SAP BW production server I'm getting this error. Please help me to resolve it.
I'm using licensed version of SAP Lumira desktop,

Hello Dennis,
please try the following steps.
1) Stop SAP Lumira
2) Delete folder "C:\Users\<USER NAME>\.sapvi\workspace\com.sap.ip.bi.zen"
3) Right-click on the SAP Lumira icon and choose Run As Administrator
4) Test out the BW workflow
5) On subsequent runs you will not need Run As Administrator
Thank you

Hi Dennis,
Going back to the start of this thread, could you please clarify whether or not you managed to resolve the SID issue? That is, do you still see different SIDs in Lumira Desktop and SAP Logon?
in case you still observe the SID issue, I am speculating that the problem you are seeing may be related to multiple versions of saplogon.ini file being installed/found on your computer, and Lumira Desktop and SAP Logon are using different ones.
Could you consider trying a few things to help narrow down the root cause of the problem?
1. Search your local drive for instances of saplogon.ini file
2. Compare the content of saplogon.ini files to see which one is used by Lumira and identify any differences
3. Check if SAPLOGON_INI_FILE environment variable is set on your machine, and if yes, to which saplogn.ini file it points
4. Try using the same saplogon.ini file that is used by SAP Logon with Lumira Desktop
Regards,
Boris
