Print Multiple Invoices in One Go

Dear SAP GURUS,

I need to print invoices for the month of March. There are so many customers and too many invoices. I have to print 45000001 to 45000010 in bulk/simultaneously. There is only one option available to print one by one invoice through (zsiprit) customized report. Please help me in this regard.

Dear Adnan,

Hope the Output determination has been configured and the output condition record is maintained.

Go to Tcode VF31

Select the Output type E.g. - RD00

Select Transmission Medium - 1 - Print Output

Sorting Order - How the Output has to be sorted

Processing Mode - 1 for first time printing or 2 - for repeat printing

You can also select the Billing Date range if you want to restrict by period

Select whether Delivery Related or Order Related

Select the Org. Units (Sales Area)

And Execute. Pls refer below screenshot.

Hi Adnan,

I dont think you will be able to take multiple documents output of an Z output, through std programs.

You may have to develop a program for it.

Did you find anything regarding this in google search..?

Dear Adnan,

Did u try with Processing Mode: 2 - Repeat Processing.

If you have already printed the invoice from VF03, it will not be printed in initial processing.
