which tool is useful to do POC on HTTP sender adapter

Hi Experts

I want to do POC on HTTP adapter.

since the adapter at the receiver side is not possible (as far i guess). I want to do a POC at sender HTTP adapter

But than I want to know how can i send request to SAP PI.

Is there any tool available like we have SOAPUI for webservices?
