Hi,

We are using SAP IM 3.2.

We created one unplanned count document and added two line items having same material (duplicate line items). When we do the transmit we are getting error message as shown below:

We have deleted one duplicate line item and did the transmit. Even though we are getting the same error message.(Here deletion is not completing deleting the transactions, it is just clearing from screen)

Is it a product bug? Is there any workaround for this issue.

Hi Shyam,

Just make sure your delete transaction is provided with apply step.

You are getting this error because your transaction is already having two line items added and is trying to send data to backend with every succesive transmit.

There is no such action "DeleteItemFormList" in SAP IM 3.2 application.

Shyam,

Sounds like a product bug.  Seems like the deleted line is not merging with the original transaction.  This has probably already been corrected in a newer release, but I will double check IM 4.2 which I am working on currently.  You may need to delete the entire document and start over to correct the problem in 3.2.  There may also be an SAP note that addresses this problem in 3.2.  It sounds familiar.
