Hi,

While loading the data from flat file to SAP BPC 10.0 NW, getting error as follows.

Command error: *COL(12 ) *ADD *STR(.)*ADD MONTH

Validation with data file failed

pls find the attached scrshots. But the same Transformation file was successfully validated with old data file. Is it mean that there is problem with Data File? Changed the year and month data in the file, still unsuccessful. Yesterday EPM Add-in 10.0 SP 12 was upgraded to SP18.

There is problem with the file, some hidden space in Month field, which rectified by TRIM function of Excel.

please explain what do you want to do with that line.

Hi,

Wants to load the Data from flat file to bpc and got error.  Then validated the transformation file and shared the log details of it. Tried to find why it returns error. Every thing looks fine but loads not happens. So,  Wants to know where exactly am doing wrong... Suggestions will be very helpful..

Do you have headers in your flat file?

Else you have to use col keyword.

Also share first 3 line of your flat file.

please change the format of column MONTH in the flat file to TEXT and the months should be 03,04...

These are not two ids, we have two different dimensions and the flatfile was extracted from non sap system.
