Using TDMS to create an HR only client?

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to ask the question as to whether anyone has created an HR only client using TDMS?  Was it done successfully?  How long did the process take and were there many complications with it?

We have never done it before but may potentially do it, so wanted to gauge opinions.

Please note, that TDMS can't originate PROD systems, it was designed for QA/DEV environment ONLY! 

Q: What do you mean by 'HR only client'? What for do you need this 'HR only client' for? Could your further testing or development efforts in this client be valid for the rest of your SAP ERP landscape?

If your Production SAP ERP system historically was implemented with any functionality beyond pure HCM, overall system integrity after such 'almost impossible de-coupling' could be lost.

P.S. Line of Business separation or other special SAP Landscape reorganization needs could be discussed with SAP SLO (System Landscape Optimization) Group, just keep your big $$$ handy.By the way, the tool-set used by SLO experts also delivered by DMIS Add-ons, but need more customization and special expertise.
