Hi All,

    I am using PO7.4. At times I need to look into the message monitoring log in production system.

    I am facing problem in finding the complete log of messages ( from start to end ) in message monitoring .

   Is there anyway to increase the trace as well as keep the log intact for longer period of time . ?

Hi All ,

    you will notice in the attachment , the logs start with : message was successfully retrieved from sending queue .

  This is not the case , we should be able to see the logs from start  in message monitoring .

  Also , this log vanishes after a short time .

Hi Arnab

The log vanishes because they are stored in cache and not persisted. Refer to the following blog for more details.

As to the start portion of the log, since you are using the EDISeparator, I think it looks fine as this is the child message. The start portion of the log would be in the main message before the EDISeparator split.

Can you try and compare it with a fresh message - checking both main and child messages?
