Freight booking has execution block with blocking reason - propagated from previous document which is freight unit but in freight unit there is not block is appearing..
Also, please search for some notes. There are many notes in TM 9.1 related to this issue. For example in TM 9.1 2072923 - Changing pickup/delivery date to outside Pickup/delivery window triggers execution block for first and last 2144577 - FU stage has a planning block with no reason
If the dates on the Freight Booking are inconsistent or does not match then system might block the Freight Booking. If you click further on the block, it might tell the reason as well.
Have you checked the single stages of the freight unit? On the freight unit there can be a block on header level or on single stage level. If there is no block at all (not on header level -> Statuses tab and not on stage level -> Stages tab in the stage details on Planning/Execution tab), this would be a somehow inconsistent document.
