Sales Order Information - VA05

Hi Guys,

I am a MM/PP consultant, but have a problem with the VA05 list.

I want to add some new columns to the list and take out few out of the existing list, I know how to do this, but I am not able to save it as a variant or a layout. So, every time I go into VA05, I have to add the required columns and delete the unwanted ones.

Can anyone please tell me how to save the layout. When I go to Settings->layout->save, it is grayed out, so I cannot save the layout. Thanks in advance.

Hello Srao,

Though this is basis setting, in case one has the access to the t-code 'SU3', put this parameter in the user parameters (tcode SU3 tab: parameters) or

param: SD_VARIANT_MAINTAIN

value: A

logoff and the logon again... it will work !!

Hi,

Please try this in your user parameters:

A) Menu -> 'System -> User profile -> Own data'

B) Change to the 'Parameters' screen

C) Maintain the following entry,

Parameter: SD_VARIANT_MAINTAIN Value: A

D) Save your new settings.

This will allow you to create and maintain variants in VA05.
