Hi,
Is it possible to implement Incident management and Issue management without
Problem management and charms.
What are the precautions to be taken for this.

Hi Sharada,
Yes, you can absolutely implement Incident Management or ITSM without ChaRM and Problem Management. Just customize 2 transaction types SMIN-> ZMIN(for Incident) and SLFI-> ZLFI (for Issue).
Nowadays Solman_setup is being used where all the steps are well described as part of guided procedure.
