End User Logon not showing Systems for password reset

Hello Experts:

I want to know why i am not getting systems for passwords reset.

When i ry to reset a password using End User logon, i am not getting systems so i can not choose a system.

I have already check everything but maybe i am missing something.

Does anybody has a similar problem and how do you solve it?

I appreciate your attention to this.

Please Execute Auth. Synch Job and have a look again.

Even after executing the job if it is still not appearing, please go through this thread where Madhu babu has explained all

the checks that you need to do including the note no and blogs as well.
