Missing and incorrect information of the Note 1914863

I have difficulty to proceed SAP note 1914863 implementation, and I need some help.

1914863 - CFDI MX: Internet Digital Invoice solution for SD Process

Note 1914863 has attached documents which describes manual implement steps.

In the document "Manual_steps_before_note_v_2_0.pdf" (Implementation step #1),

step "B. Create message class 'CFDI'" which does not mention

development package name to be assigned for message class CFDI.

Also, in the step "C. Create Enhancement Spot ‘CFDI_EH_DI_INV_MX’, there is

Enhancement spot object ‘CFDI_EH_DI_INV_MX’, but there is no description for

the development package name too.

I need to know which development package shoud be assigned for those objects.

Why do not use ID-LO-MX Localization Mexico - CFDI  for or ID-MX-DI Localization Mexico - Digital Invoice
