Transaction Launcher

Hello,

I am trying to configure transaction launcher  from CRM web Ui to ECC (Transaction VA01, VA21).

When activating the link I am getting the following error message:

Error: -6

Version:7200

Component:jtee server

Module:http_jtee_mt.c

Line:883

server:sapdev_dev_11

error tag:00023b55'

Detail: can not reach external  application server on localhost:51100

What Am I missing???
