As far as i read about HP Openview Manager (http://wiki.servicenow.com/index.php?title=Legacy:HP_OpenView_Operations_Integration and http://blogcdn.biztalk360.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/09/IncidentWebService.pdf), the tool can work with SOAP, therefore you will need to use the SAP PI SOAP adapter to do your integration. You can find in the SCN several examples to work with the sender and receiver SOAP.
