Financial Statement Report

Dear FI Folks,

I am a SAP BW Consultant. I need few clarification on the report   Financial Statements (T code: S_ALR_87012284)
I have a requirement to develop the same report in SAP BW reporting tool.
The report contains Business Area but not region wise. So my client want it to be customized and developed in BW.
I will really be thankful if you assist me on this.

Following are the queries which i need  to get informed with.

1. Which are the base tables from where the   report is getting data?
2. Is the report a cumulative one that is is it showing  totals of a GL  for all the 16 periods every time we execute the report?
3  For which periods the report shows the data  like  if I execute the report on 15th of any  month,
    what is the latest period till which data will reflected in the report
