regarding access of alert inbox

Hi Experts,

                i am facing the issue in accessing the alert inbox,here i am getting the error authorization issue of 401 error as shown in the attachment. here i am trying to connect to alert configuration in the client 001 where as it asking to connect to the client in 000 and my system name is p71.

Please help me
