Some Assginment blocks not visible in Categorization schema in IC Manager

Dear All,

I am working to set up process and forms and we need to Assign process group to categorization schema. but the assignment block to assign process group to categorization schema is not visible.

I checked the configuration of ui component , it is available there? is there anything which needs to be activated in order to make that assignment block visible.

Or I tried debugging the overview pages method to see how assignment blocks are attached to it in runtime UI but I was not able to check that also any hint on this issue will be very helpful..

Hi,

Can you elaborate more your question?. Process group?.

Transaction type?. Some assignment block are dynamic and only available when you select the correct level.

For example, the assignment of transaction types, subject profile, etc, is only available when you select the first row.

Other rows, will then have different assignment blocks, such as standard response, category level, etc.

Issue is solved there was a switch ( business function) which was not activated. Thanks a lot Lyda!
