Change history release sales orders credit limit

Dear all,

I need a general audit list to show our auditors the user name and the date of each credit release for sales orders.

In TA VKM3 I have a lot of information. I can see the date of credit release, but I can not add/find the information about the user who released the sales order. Is there a possibility to add this information?

Otherwise I have to create an own report reading tables CDHDR und CDPOS wit the key of the sales order and the field changes for CMGST, AMTBL, CMFRE - I found this information with report RSSCD200 (selection object VERKBELEG).

Hi

You have already answered your question. The best to do this is to create your own report using those two tables you have mentioned. Just take sale orders from VBUK with D in field CMGST and check these orders in change log history tables for other information.

try transaction code AUT10 then F9 and then enter your desire information (Transaction code = VKM3) and execute.
