Is there any log files are avilable where the errors,warnings are being staored

Hello experts,

For checking the error details, warnings i usually go to job log and click for more details where it would be displayed.

Sometime the list doesn't show complete details and a message is displayed max number of messages displayed, list has been truncated.

Is there any way to directly go through the log files which have been stored on the disk to look into all the warning and error messages

Hi Deva,

Click on the job node and select the button shown below.

This opens the DSE log for that job for that last run. Sorry I don't know if there is a way to find full log list for previous runs.

Hi Deva,

There are a text log on the server where the dispatcher is running.

You find it in <DSE_HOME>\Jobs\<JobGUID>\DSE.log

This log is not availabel from the MMC or  the WEB Admin UI
