SAP NetWeaver 04s Error

Hi

I had installed the S/W. It was all fine till the set up of sapgui.exe

But when i am trying to log on after using the sapLogon i am getting the following error

partner '127.0.0.1:sapdp00' not reached

WSAECONNREFUSED : Connection Refused

It would be of great help if this issue is resolved.

Thanks for the prompt reply. But can you tell me how can I access the ABAP Engine?

In my PC Start->Programs-> Only a MaxDB and SAP FrontEnd has been installed.

After i had finished installing the S/W it launched the Application Server.But that got closed due to some link+DISP.EXE Error.

Please let me know how can i proceed

Hi,

You can access the ABAP engine using MMC in windows. The engine should be up, if not then right click on the instance in MMC and start them.

Before you log on, you need to Start the ABAp Engine..let us know still if you have an issue..
