Cost not picking for Moving Average Material but picking for Standard Items

Dear Gurus,

I configured a scenario for Expiry Return Goods and it is working fine for Standard Price items. Unfortunately it is not picking the VPRS condition on items having Price control as Moving Average Price. I checked the condition type and the settings for VPRS is fine. The condition category is maintained as "G". I am attaching the screenshot of VPRS condition and pricing procedure.

The exact same condition is working properly with Standard Orders.

Thanks a lot for all reviewing. I have resolved the issue; it was a Plant problem.
