401 Unauthorized error

Hi

I have AS2 in the landscape. We have both oubtbound and inbound scenarios in the landscape.

http://host:port/AS2/MDN

is our AS2 url.

When I try to open this url, I am getting an error 401 Unauthorzed.

This is the private url and so I should be able to access from my network.

We have a public ip address also for the PO server.

We are not able to send messages to AS2 server. We are getting timeout error.

Any idea

Regards

Harish

Hi Harish,

What is the difference with ?

You can use the workaround in the OSS note or you can use a user/password.

Kind regards,

HI Dimitri,

We are getting an error even after using the username and password.

That's why I posted this.

Client is getting 403 error when he posts messages to us

Hi Harish,

Check the user and authorizations.

Also, did you change anything on the SAP PO side? A B2B add-on upgrade?

Kind regards,

DImitri

Hi Dimitri,

i

I changed the order in the B2BApps in Authorization and Single Sign on.

I was not able to open the http://host;port/as2/prod in browser. I got 401 error. Then I added ClientCertLoginModule and kept it as first option. Then I was able to open the above url.

Then client started getting 403 error when he sends AS2 mesages to PO.

Should the order ideally effect the processing of messages at outbound and inbound dofferently?

Hi

The ping was not working from the PO server. Once the IT team solved this issue, we were able to open the url
