Hi good afternoon .

We urgently need your help to attach files in appointment directly and can not find the option .

I know it can be on the client and the opportunity to upload files .

But it is extremely necessary that we can do in the appointment itself could support me ?

Hi Pushkar,

I have a similar problem than Juan Carlos.

In my situation, I am able to add the attachment to the task or appoinment (as you show in your screenshot), but when I go back to display the activity it does not show.

Any ideas?

Hmmm, I am able to maintain the information and pull it up after closing and opening the appointment. See below...

You might be facing a bug/error. I would recommend filing an incident and having the support team advise you about this matter.
