User details after he left the org.,

Hi,

Need some information on User Profile. Very recently one of the users left the organisation and his profile was removed from BI and BPC. Now we are getting the Audit details without the user name. Am i missing anything or its BPC defualt behaviour. If we want get those details with the user name, can we get it.

General practice in SAP Security when a person leaves the organization is they alter the 'End Date' on the day employee leaves the organization. One should not delete the person's profile completely.

In your case since the person's profile is completely removed from the data base, of course you do not see his/her user name in the Audit report.

Try getting your security guys to re-create the person's user ID with an 'End Date' in the past and re-try running the Audit report and it should work.
