But if we set it to more than 1 (e.g - 2), then getting 6 print.
Please Help!!!

Also use t.code: NACE,
select "EF" Application - > Output type --> Click your PO output type --- > In General data TAB, DO NOT SELECT check box of "Multiple issuing" & save.
Thanks,

Hello Ram,
If we DO NOT SELECT check box of "Multiple issuing" and SAVE it, then if we keep number of messages = 4 (suppose), In that case we'll get 1 print or 4 print. Because we want 4 print if we maintain number of message = 4.
Or if we maintain number of message = 7, we want 7 print. But in our case when we're maintaining Number of message = 2 we're getting 6 print.
Can you please help!!
Regards,
Ganesh

We are having the same issue. When a user requests multiple copies or a single copy of a document via the SAP GUI, SAP generates the requisite number of copies but then passes on the multiple copy request to the local printer driver.
For example...
u2022 A user requests 3 copies of a particular report.
u2022 SAP generates 3 copies of the report.
u2022 The 3 copies of the report are sent to the printer with a copy count of 3.
u2022 So what we get is 3 copies of 3 copies of the report, giving 9 copies in total.
As sugegsted in your post we made changes to settings SPAD -> Output Device -> <Output Device name> -> Output Attributes -> 'Pass Copy Counter to Host Spool System' To
'Only Pass One Copy to Host Spool System'.
But this time We receive 1 copy regardless of the number of copies requested in SAP.
Please sugegst.
