CBTA for Java system

Hi Experts,

Is it possible to configure CBTA for PI system which is on Java stack. As in CBTA we execute Transactions in business blueprint & create Automatic Test cases.

Is it possible for Java stack to use CBTA ?

Hi Rakesh,

It is based upon the version of solution manager you will also have a different version of CBTA therefore kindly check the existing version of both

Hi Prakhar,

but but main query is like PI system is not appearing in configuration step in solman_setup , so how can we check ? And also if it is configurable then how we will start test script as there are no transaction in Java stack, Genrally on starting test script system automatically login with user executing transaction that we give but here for PI system will we execute ?

HI Ankit,

Your Question can be divided into multiple parts

1 Not appearing in solman_setup - >

for this you need to add PI to solman SLD based upon the SLD architecture should be added and managed system should be completed

2 no transaction in PI

yes it is true so we add URL for corresponding Business Processes....and thus in Solar01 first add business process etc with URL and then in Solar 02 upload Test scripts for the same

Hi Prakhar,

PI system is already present in SLD and is present in systems list in Solman_setup but system is not appearing in SUT list in CBTA configuration step.

Please see attached screenshot.

What can be done to bring system there ?
